Terms of Service

1. Service purpose

Tevie is a planned vehicle analytics service operated by MANANASYSTEM (마나나시스템). It organizes user-authorized vehicle data into trip history, charging records, efficiency analytics, location history, periodic reports, and vehicle-state alerts.

The initial release is read-only. It does not send commands to unlock a vehicle, operate climate controls, or control charging. Any future command feature would require separate authorization and explicit consent.

2. Accounts and Tesla connection

• Users may connect only Tesla accounts and vehicles they are lawfully authorized to use.
• Tesla authorization occurs on Tesla’s official interface; Tevie does not collect Tesla passwords.
• Users may revoke access through Tesla or Tevie at any time.
• Users are responsible for securing their Tevie account and device access.

3. Vehicle data

Availability and accuracy depend on the vehicle, firmware, connectivity, Tesla systems, and user permissions. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Tevie analytics do not replace the vehicle display, official safety warnings, maintenance diagnosis, insurance evidence, or emergency services.

If a vehicle is sold, returned, or no longer accessible to a user, Tevie will stop new collection when that loss of access is confirmed. A previous user’s historical records are not automatically transferred or disclosed to a new vehicle user.

4. Notifications

Push notifications may be delayed or omitted because of vehicle connectivity, network conditions, mobile operating systems, or third-party push services. Sentry Mode notifications indicate a reported state change and do not confirm that a video clip was recorded or saved. Alerts are convenience features and do not replace security, theft prevention, or emergency response services.

5. Planned subscriptions

Before paid subscriptions launch, Tevie will disclose price, billing period, automatic renewal, cancellation, refund, and app-store terms before purchase. A vehicle premium plan may be bound to a selected vehicle and may include a waiting period or limit on vehicle changes to prevent misuse. Exact conditions will be shown before purchase.

6. Disconnection and deletion

Users may discontinue the service, revoke Tesla access, and request deletion of their account and associated data. Instructions are available on the account and data deletion page. Deleting a Tevie account may not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.

7. Availability and responsibility

Tevie may change, suspend, or maintain parts of the service for security, stability, legal compliance, or external API changes. Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
