Location-Based Service Terms

1. Purpose

These terms explain MANANASYSTEM’s (마나나시스템) planned use of vehicle location data through Tevie to provide trip history, charging-location records, route display, location-based statistics, and periodic reports.

2. Location services

Tevie uses vehicle location data supplied through Tesla Fleet API and Fleet Telemetry only after the user grants the required authorization. Tevie does not continuously track the phone’s background location.

3. Use and retention

• Precise vehicle location is processed only with explicit location authorization.
• High-resolution source coordinates are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or converted into simplified routes and statistics.
• Simplified trip and charging-location records remain while the account is active or until the user deletes them.
• Collection stops when authorization is revoked or loss of vehicle access is confirmed.
• Historical location records are not automatically transferred to a future vehicle user.

4. User rights

Users may withdraw location consent, stop location features, request access or correction, and request deletion. Withdrawal may disable trip routes and location-based statistics while leaving non-location features available.

5. Protection

Tevie plans to apply encrypted transport, access-control minimization, protected backups, access logging, monitoring, and regular security updates. Location data is not sold.

6. Limitations and contact

Location may be delayed or inaccurate due to GPS, vehicle, network, or Tesla-system conditions. Tevie is a convenience and record-keeping service, not an emergency, theft-tracking, rescue, or safety-navigation service.
