Privacy Notice

1. Overview

Tevie is a planned read-only vehicle analytics service operated by MANANASYSTEM (마나나시스템) for Tesla owners. It uses Tesla’s official OAuth flow, Fleet API, and Fleet Telemetry only after explicit user authorization. Tevie does not collect or store Tesla account passwords.

• Connect a user-authorized Tesla account and maintain authorization.
• Provide trip, charging, efficiency, location history, and periodic reports.
• Deliver user-configured vehicle-state alerts.
• Verify subscriptions and provide vehicle-bound premium features.
• Secure, troubleshoot, and support the service and comply with law.

4. Retention

• Authorization data: while connected; tokens are discarded when access is revoked.
• High-resolution telemetry and precise-location source data: up to 90 days, then deleted or converted into simplified routes and statistics.
• Trip, charging, simplified-route, and aggregate records: while the account remains active or until the user deletes them.
• Operational account data: removed from active systems within 30 days after a verified deletion request; backup copies are removed within an additional 30 days.
• Records required for billing, fraud prevention, security, or law may be retained separately for the necessary period.

5. Service providers and international processing

Tevie does not sell personal data. To operate the service, Tevie may use hosting and backup providers, Tesla systems, Apple or Google identity and push services, app-store billing, subscription management, error monitoring, and customer support providers. Final provider, country, purpose, data category, transfer method, and retention details will be disclosed before public launch and any legally required notice or consent will be completed.

6. User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and disconnection of their Tesla account. Instructions are available on the account and data deletion page. Tevie is not directed to children under 14.

7. Security

Planned safeguards include encrypted transport, encryption of sensitive authorization data, least-privilege access, protected backups, access logging, security updates, and separation of public and private cryptographic keys.
